DIRECTIONS FOR USE
PREPARATION
Surface must be clean, dry, and free of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescence, or failing coatings. This high gloss paver sealer performs best on properly prepared surfaces. New pavers or concrete should be fully cured prior to sealing.
Pressure wash if necessary and allow the surface to dry completely. Joint sand must be dry and properly set before application, especially when using a high gloss brick sealer designed to lock in sand. Protect nearby surfaces such as glass, metal, painted areas, and landscaping from overspray or runoff.
APPLICATION METHODS
Apply using a pump sprayer, roller, or brush suitable for water-based coatings. For larger areas, a low-pressure sprayer followed by back-rolling is recommended to achieve a uniform, professional finish with this high gloss paver sealer.
Do not thin. Stir gently before and during use.
APPLICATION
- Apply an even, uniform coat of the high gloss paver sealer, avoiding puddling or over-application.
- Allow the first coat to dry until tack-free.
- Apply a second coat if additional gloss, color enhancement, or protection is desired.
- Keep foot and vehicle traffic off the surface until fully dry and cured.
- Protect from rain or moisture during the drying process.
Multiple thin coats are recommended for optimal performance when applying a high gloss brick sealer.
COVERAGE PER GALLON
Coverage varies depending on surface porosity, texture, and application method.
Approximate coverage:
- 200 – 300 sq. ft. per gallon per coat
Highly porous or textured surfaces may require additional material.
PRECAUTIONS
- Apply only when surface and ambient conditions are appropriate for water-based sealers.
- Do not apply if rain or moisture is expected before the sealer has dried.
