Refund policy

NewLook products may only be returned within the first 30 days for a credit of the purchase price, less shipping and a 15% re-stocking fee. Non-standard items such as private labels, special batches, custom products or colors not marketed as standard, are non-returnable. All returns must have an RMA number, be received in re-saleable condition, and are subject to approval at NewLook's discretion. An RMA number can be obtained by calling NewLook and providing the following information:

1) NewLook Sales Order Number.   2) Item description & Quantity.   3) Purchase Date.
