Premium Lithium-Based Sealer and Fortifier for Long-Lasting Concrete Protection
DriveHard Pro 244 is a premium grade concrete and masonry weatherproofer and fortifier. The proprietary formula densifies, strengthens and makes the surface water-repellant by penetrating into and chemically reacting with the unique chemical properties of the substrate. DriveHard Pro 244 chemical reaction creates a bond that permanently increases the lifespan of concrete and masonry by preventing and reducing damage caused by common problems, including extreme weather conditions (e.g. freeze-thaw cycles). The water-based, high-solids blended Lithium Densifier based formula creates a breathable, yet stronger and water-repellent surface that is more resistant to abrasion and water-dissolved salts (alkali). DriveHard Pro 244 does not create a film on the surface that would trap moisture vapor; it does not change the texture; it leaves a natural-looking and more durable finish. When used in the polishing process, will deepen clarity and increase reflectivity, while remaining breathable.

COVERAGE ::
Polished Concrete: After 200 grit transitional application rate is approximately 400 sq. ft. per gallon (16m2/L).
Machine Troweled Concrete: When applying to freshly placed machine troweled concrete 600 sq. ft. per gallon is the approximate coverage rate. Older concrete coverage rate will be 500 sq. ft. per gallon.
Broomed or Textured Concrete: Approximately 350 sq ft per gallon.

DriveHard Pro 244 won’t form a surface film that traps moisture vapor, and it won’t alter the texture. Instead, it delivers a natural, longer-lasting finish.
When used during the polishing process, it enhances clarity and boosts reflectivity—while still allowing the surface to breathe.
